After 15 years, I know I need a new carpet but mine still looks good and the installation has held up right along with my carpet , despite my at home shamooing.
I purchased one of the more expensive carpets from John for my house because I wanted it to hold up.
BOY , DID IT !
It has been abused by 7 adults, 13 grandchildren and numerous dogs.
I would never buy flooring anywhere else.

Paid 13,000 for new floor at our restaurant was supposed to come with 20 year warranty. Within a year a section started to buckle it has been over 2 years of trying to get this company to honor their product and installation. They refuse to even respond. I do NOT recommend this company they do not stand by their product!!!!!

John’s flooring was the worst decision we ever made for a home improvement project! They installed a very expensive vinyl flooring ( Nouveax engineered plank EVP). They covered the heating and cooling vent and had to come back and cut out for the vent, then we noticed that the flooring was separating from each other so they returned and repaired it but it continues to separate and is only becoming worse! We have called several times and the owner of the business never recalls us calling , we have spoke with him on several occasions and he claims he doesn’t remember our issue! So today I called

I had John's Flooring lay some flooring for me twice. The first time they were excellent but they didn't have to do any final touches cause it was new construction. The second they were terrible. They was supposed leave extra and they didn't, they were supposed to put the flooring under the freezer and they didn't, and when they removed the toilet to put floor under it. They broke the flange and try to fix with an adapter not made for it. Then they used all the old parts like wax ring. So the toilet leaked but since they didn't caulk around the new floor. The water went under the flooring before
