Construction fence must provide site security and safety. We install construction fence year round to protect a huge amount of construction projects. New York State Fence can also provide services to enhance the construction fence such as windscreen, stands and sandbags. We can install the construction fence and return when the project is completed to pick it up.

We quoted our fence on April 8, 2021. We originally were going to go with a vinyl fence. Not long after, the gentleman who quoted us told my husband he was ordering materials and the vinyl was back logged to September for install but a wood fence would be installed in July. Since we wanted to enjoy the summer with a fence, we changed it to wood. July came and went and after multiple emails, phone calls, and even asking through their website, we were told our install date wasnt until end of August. August came and went and when we called and emailed about what was happening we were told it was delayed

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We are weeks past the quoted time frame to have a fence installed and nobody is attempting to schedule anything. They took a deposit from my mom and originally told us they’d be out the week of July 16th, and that didn’t happen. This business is so poorly run. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. My mom emails multiple times and leaves many voicemails and often goes weeks before she hears anything. I plan to demand a refund for the deposit this coming week unless they decide to actually take care of their customer and install the fence we are

I heard good things about ny fence. 3 ppl we know had recommended them. I called made an appt for an estimate for install of a backyard fence 6 ft high because of dog. They never showed up, never called me back so my wife called them and we still have not heard back from them. 3 weeks wasted due to bad customer service and management. I work for a HVAC co and if we did business like that we would not have customers anymore. Now we are looking for another company. If this co. can't schedule an appt for an estimate correctly you probably can't schedule one for an install, They could have at least

I absolutely would not recommend this company. As other reviewers noted, the owner is unprofessional and does not care about customer satisfaction. After the workers had made the post holes for the fence posts, they realized they made a mistake in their calculations on two sides and dug 12 new post holes. These post holes are the same exact size as the posts and lined up with the current standing post holes. I understand mistakes happen but the workers never filled the 12 post holes they originally made and I had to do it myself, which I was not happy about and immediately reached out to the company

I had a gate that needed the chain link fencing replaced. I called twice and they quoted me $50 each time and said it could be redone in an hour while I waited. I hired someone to bring the gate to NY State Fence. He arrived with the gate and was told something completely different. They said he had to leave it for a week. I got back on the phone with them and told them what I had been told twice! They agreed to fix it while he waited but then charged me $75. I don't like dealing with dishonest people and I wouldn't call them for anything again.

Let's start with the quote... the employee they send out for the quote can not even give you a quote and we received ours about a week after he came. You would think for efficiency they would have a person who can measure and quote a price; especially on a job that required no custom gate or anything special, just straight chain link. Fast forward 8 weeks...Received a call at 3:00pm stating that they would be doing our install the next day and that somebody had to be home at noon(8 hour notice) with no prior contact about the install. This was not a window of 12-2 or anything like that. They

I know a fence is usually a one-time only purchase and thank goodness because this company would never get any repeat customers. I paid in full for my fence in April 30 and today is June 18 and I am still waiting for installation. Come to think of it I am still waiting for someone in the office to even follow up with me to let me know when it will be done. I was told the week of June 4 - only to be told there was a delay due to rain (1 day put you that far behind?). Last week I heard nothing from them and when my father called this morning he was told "to call back when he was in a better

Out of 7 estimates I had for a semi-private vinyl fence, NY State Fence showed the most knowledge about the job, and also provided the best price. From sales, to customer service, to installation, everything went as planned. My wife and I are very happy with the final product which improves the security and privacy of our property.
