In a city full of busy people who don't give a s---, Alexander is the rare gem of a human who sincerely wants to help, even when it might not help him. I have an Asko washer that is acting up and pooling water in it when not in use. It's still under warranty and in Los Angeles, that means there's only one appliance repair company you can call for warranty service. Everyone at this other company is very nice, but it is a HUGE operation and calling and scheduling are very challenging. I called Alexander (the owner) and explained to him what was going on with my dryer. He knew immediately what the issue was and told me over the phone it would be more cost effective to buy a new dryer than spend money on his service call. We just remodeled our kitchen as a DYI project and finally had to install our new gas range. After kludging through it ourselves we basically decided that it would be best to have a professional install the gas line so we don't blow ourselves up. We put a call out for an appliance installer and Appliance Repair LA came back via text and we scheduled an appointment. Their installer Isaac came out and had us sorted out in no time. My experience with ARLA goes back years and their service is always punctual and reliable and their technicians are skilled. I manage 35 units in LA and ARLA is always my first call.
In the last couple of months alone, the team at Appliance Repair LA has installed a Bosch diswasher, repaired a Frigidaire Refrigerator, and diagnosed a Speed Queen washer (under warranty). It was all done fast, at a very reasonable rate, and the entire process was very pleasant.

My 12 year SubZero refrigerator's ice maker just stopped working, and it's just out of warranty. I called SubZero, but they told me to wait 3 weeks. No chance!
Fortunately, I found Appliance Repair LA here on yelp and loved every part of my experience with them. Friendly phone receptionist scheduled my inspection for the next day, a wonderful technician named Alexander showed up, and the turn around time to get a new ice maker was just two days. I'm very happy and definitely will be using Appliance Repair LA for all of my future repairs.

I was referred to Appliance Repair LA by a coworker after my fridge simply stopped working. Tried to fix it myself and even had some help from my landlord but to no avail. Finally decided to place a request and Appliance Repair LA sent someone out the very next morning! They were friendly, fast, and found the solution. Amazing company and the best customer service. They call it client care and i love it. My tenants dishwasher broke and they were freaking out. I happened to find these guys and they came out the same day. Now my tenants are happy and these guys have a new client for life.

On 8/3 we, we contacted appliance repair LA, and we told them we have an oven to fix, we were told that they charge $95 to come out and do an inspection, after the inspection we were given an estimate of 509.55 to fix the problem , they took almost 3 weeks to get them back to come out and to do the repair
They sent out a total unknowledgeable person to come out and we were told that the need to charge us an additional $120 and we agreed since we had to get it done, however when we were told that they still cannot guaranty the repair will be done successfully

We had the LG fridge slowly going out and decided to call AR. Or call was answered quick and Mike was at our house in about two hours. Mike was sincere and honest about the fridge because of the age he fixed it but said if it goes out just get a new one. No smoke and mirrors. It's working great and you've got my business!
