Over 30 years of experience, we have made ductwork, fabricated designs, sheet metal and built programs from start-up to daily operations since 1992. When I first met with the owner he was personable and gave the impression the customer was important. His quote for the SHUR FLO System/seamless gutters was reasonable. So you understand the time frames, they put up the new gutters on 12/12/2019 today is 7/22/2020. When completed the work looked good and they cleaned the worksite up. They did however poke a hole in the siding way up high with one of their ladders. They stated they would fix it and to the current date 7/22/2020 they have not! With the many rains we have had since December, we found a number of leaks in the new gutters. This is
