I haven't yet met Billy in person, but he came highly recommended by one of the residents at my job. Since beginning to get the aid and help I've needed and his team at B&B Ford, I've had above and beyond the call for fantastic customer service. Even in areas that Mr. Billy isn't aware of or works in, he has made sure I have gotten in contact with the right staff. I'm really grateful for Mr. Billy and B&B Ford Teams excellent service.

Billy and Andrew are the perfect pair. Their customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Especially after having a bad experience with another dealership. My husband called their parts dept. asking if they could order him tow mirrors for his truck. A man in the parts dept. expressed an attitude and told him they would be $1200.00 each. He sounded like he didn't want to be bothered. Just an FYI, my husband got them at another Ford dealership for $130.00 each. Would not recommend this dealership for anything.

These guys helped me get into a brand new Mustang with 0% and the experience couldn’t have been better. I was recommended to see Billy Baldwin by a friend that also purchased from him and he was the best I’ve dealt with. Can't say enough about this dealership! They went over and beyond. My son and I purchased a used mustang from Ben (salesman) they took in on a trade in. The car ended up having a cracked block. We brought the car back to B & B ford a few days later after we noticed the problem. Remind you this was a used car with no warranty. B & B Ford replaced the engine at their cost and also gave us a loaner car to drive while they fixed the Mustang.
