We had a problem with our plumbing. I called F.W. Behler and explained I recently had surgery and needed help. They were kind enough to get the required repair parts and send a technician the very next day (thanks Dot). The repair was done very well and Steve was careful to limit any mess. Very professional. I am grateful.

Highly recommend FW Behler for any HVAC needs. The technician, Larry, was very thorough with routing cleaning and solving a recurring problem with our AC unit. He explained everything well. He was able to find issues that two previous companies did not address, and he went out of his way to register a previously installed part. The owner and office staff are also wonderful and helpful!

Buyer beware. Terribly over priced for the quality of work. I was given a quote of 80 hours and $9700 to replace a bathtub I eventually had replaced for, $1900 that a master plumber completed in less then 9 hours. Dave Yates knew I was in a crunch for time and it appears he saw an opportunity to take advantage of the situation that I, as a female business owner was in. Either that, or they just overcharge everyone.

This company is very knowledgeable about steam heat and boilers. They put in a new boiler for us years ago after an incompetent company installed a boiler that was much too large for our home (and resulted in several years of excessive noise, etc.). They knew what they were doing, were courteous and efficient. They also gave great service when we needed follow up maintenance on the boilers and radiators.

They replaced my gas furnace and air conditioning unit. Their installers were knowledgeable and did great work but It was their craftsmanship and attention to detail that impressed me the most. All of the new lines and vents were routed carefully and tied down neatly. I would recommend them (and have) to my friends who need AC work done.
