Randy and I moved to Lake Havasu City in 1991 to be able to enjoy life in the desert, warm weather and of course the lake (moving from the beach area). Randy actually was water skiing on this lake in 1958. His background in construction started in 1971. His father was a general contractor in California and Randy followed his footsteps and received his General Contractors License.

Karen and Randy built our house and all we can say is we are extremely pleased. Quality, quality, and more quality is what you get when you have a Paradise home built. They were very helpful every step of the way. We now have a very beautiful home. We told them what we wanted in the layout to utilize the view we had.
The Highlander floor plan is 1708 square feet of Living, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a Powder Room. RV Garage is over 62 feet deep (or what your lot will allow). 13 foot Entry with remaining ceilings at 10 feet, 8 foot interior doors.
