After he attended schools in Racine, WI, Orlando, FL, Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA Kenny decided he wanted to be the best carpet cleaning company in all of Ohio. To act on his commitment to himself and to get his business moving forward Kenny sat down for a discussion with his father, Ken Fairall Sr.

They took good care of us. There was an issue with the quote and the pricing due to a miscommunication but when called they issue was fixed right away! The guys were super nice and did a fantastic job with the carpet! Would definitely use Carpet Care again if ever in the area!

They did a great job! Very friendly and helpful! They cleaned my basement carpet and stairs. It looks brand new!! They looked at my wood floors to clean as well. They can do a deep clean of wood floors but I was looking for help getting dog urine acid burns out and they references another local business for me. They are very efficient and worth every penny!

My carpet care technician, Jacob, brought my carpets back to life after it had taken months of abuse from my 1 year old daughter. He was on time, very polite and thorough! As I mentioned before, my 1 year old daughter had managed wreck our living room carpet to what I thought may be the point of no return but it looks better than I ever could have imagined! And at a very fair price! Would not trust anyone but Carpet Care to clean my home and plan to have them back before winter. Thank you Jacob and the Carpet Care team!

I had stains all over my carpet from my family spilling stuff. The carpet guy came out, was polite, respectful, professional and timely. Treated the carpet and cleaned it. I felt comfortable being outside with my family and wasn’t worried about if anything was going to be taken. I’m we came back in an it looked like we had a new carpet! It smelled great too! Very good service to use. Definitely highly recommend them!
