Extremely quick and responsive to start, came out to the house to give us a very fair estimate. I contacted them again to ask for a quick modification to the type of fence we would be using, Shane responded that he’d update the quote and get back to me.
That was almost two weeks ago. I’ve tried emailing, calling, etc. and no response.
If you don’t want to build our fence, just be a professional and tell us. No need for the childish game if ghosting.

Critical: Responsiveness
Called to get fence estimate on house we were looking at buying. The fence is part of the consideration. Said they’d send someone out as realtor was fine with them measuring , called two days later said I needed to be there. I asked for just a rough estimate, said okay have someone call you back never called back.

Can't say enough good things about Franklin Fence. We sought out bids for reinstallation of the fencing around our children's playground.While Franklin Fence is located the farthest from Cullowhee and our church they were the lowest bid and the soonest to be able to complete the task. We were having difficulty containing our new rescue pup who could dig under our old fence and disappear. A huge concern. I called Franklin Fence Company and someone came out to look over the situation the next afternoon. We decided that attaching L fencing on an old fence was not wise. We agreed to removing the old and replacing it with black chain link fencing - increasing the area for the dogs to run around. Due to weeks of rainy weather, it took a while to find time to get the work done. The fence is buried a few inches into the ground at the base. It is working great and does keep all three
