Was absolutely unprofessional when came to service. Called multiple times to give payment. When he came didn't tell anyone money was needed upfront. Bothered residents that renting on property for money instead of calling the original person who set up appointment. Didnt do a word of requested items to be done that was agreed upon. Never left a list or repiect of what was done and demanded 98.60 for a estimate fee. Got told we just need new toilets and nothing more. When coming to pay them we called multiple times and left voice-mail and got a text message later stating that they will not do any

Cliff came out and had a look at my problem. He said that he would order parts. The holidays did hinder that process, however, his communication was not good at all. Finally after a week and a half he said that he could not make the repair. He claimed that he could not get parts. They are very standard parts so I am baffled. Try emptying a bucket ever two hours for a week and a half not knowing what is going on. I wish that he would have been more timely in responding to my questions. Now I have to start over and find someone else.

Cliff was amazing at addressing all my plumbing problems. As a first time home owner I feared contracting out anyone to do anything to my house because of all them horror stories. With Cliff I had “ZERO” worries I was getting screwed over. He explained everything to me to ensure I was in the know, including steps I needed to take to keep my repairs within warranty. Deceptive, condescending, over-chargers. When I made the appointment for a toilet that was not flushing properly, I was told there is a ~$97 service charge that covers up to a hour, and if there is any additional work or parts that would be extra. OK. Well, no! The guy shows up (on time), spends 20-30 minutes, runs a snake 6 ft. down the toilet, flushes it a couple of times, and tells my wife it's all good. My appointment was set for 1 p.m. Around 1:30 and I call Clint just wondering what time he could make it (I figured in his line of work there was no way someone could be that precise and show up on one). Clint is there within half an hour and fixes my issue instantly!!!! On top of the excellent service he did not charge me due to his tardiness. Even if I had to pay (which I should of because he did come out on a service call) I would still be giving a great review. Needless to say Cliff's is now my go to plumber. Great plumber, had to use him after a company I paid to install a new washed messed everything up to the point where it flooded my laundry room the day after. Cliff showed up same day and fixed the problem quickly and was extremely kind and professional as well as extremely reasonably priced, can't say enough good things

Great experience with this company. I called them to fix a broken water heater. They were able to fix the problem at a resonable cost when a different company tried to sell me a new water heater. They arrived on time and they were very professional and courteous. I will be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.
