For us, quality work has always been of utmost importance, so when we felt that there were limitations being put on us regarding the amount of quality that we could provide we decided it was time to expand our business.

Everyone I interacted with was more than friendly, unfortunately it was also door to door and we have a "no soliciting" sign right next to our doorbell. Against our better judgement we went ahead and humored a quote which was about 1/3 higher than the average, we were quoted enough for 1 roofs to pay for 1.5 roofs through another company.
Please honor no soliciting signs.

I highly recommend Koala T Exteriors. I had been looking for a trustworthy roofing company that was reasonably priced without much luck until a trainee appointment setter came to my door. He was so nervous and stumbling over his words that I gave in and agreed to an appointment for a free estimate. Everything ran smoothly from the free estimate to the completed project and clean-up. Everyone I worked with during this process was very professional and friendly. The job took 2 days and my roof looks great. I will definitely use Koala T Exteriors when I need to get siding.

After discussing options with the sales manager, Jarrett, I chose Owens Corning Duration Designer shingles. The warranty is good for 50 years and transferable. The finished roof looks good. It was completed within 3 days. The first day, 2 layers of shingles were removed. Five men worked from 8 - 5 p.m. The second day, the new roofing materials were delivered. On the third day, the men installed the new roof, working from around 9:30 - 5:30 p,m. They were trying to get it done before the heavy rain came. As it was dark, a couple of men returned the next day to clean up the debris around the yard

Door to door sales people blatantly ignore "No soliting" signs. After the salesperson set off my dog (which is * W H Y * I have a no soliciting sign on my front door), I greeted him with , "excuse me, are you soliciting?" He replied, "No, I'm giving out free estimates." "That's soliciting," I replied, as I shut the door on him.
Train your staff. Better yet, don't send out obnoxious door to door sales calls.

Very pleased with our Koala-T Exteriors work! Of the four estimates we received, they provided the best quality: the Owens Corning Duration shingles with 50 Year/lifetime warranty, transferrable, plus new custom painted gutters and downspouts. Their rep was very professional and friendly, and worked hard to get us the lowest price possible. They finished our large roof in 3 days and it took only half a day to finish the gutters, etc. We now have more roof vents which will help keep our house cooler in the summer. We are so pleased with our Koala-T Exteriors experience! A rep showed up at our door offering free roof inspections & estimates. It just so happened that we were in dire need for a new roof so I took him up on the free apt. I was impressed that the apt was same day. The rep who came to our house, Jarrett Rheaume, was very professional and friendly. He went over all the details and answered all our questions. Jarrett made the whole process easy and comfortable. We were blown away by the fact that our roof could be finished within the next week! And to top it all off, we are impressed by the 50 Year

These guys really know what they are doing. I love the fact that they use all of the same roofing products every time and that they are all from the same manufacturer. I highly recommend them to anyone. When we get our windows done next year we're going to have them do those too.
