I Called This Morning Around 10:30 in the morning and spoke to a gentleman on the phone and said John is out doing Service Calls, He came around 2 o’clock and was right on point, told me what was wrong and was able to repair the door like it was Brand New Again..

Becker Garage Door CANNOT be beat. My garage door torsion spring broke and the motor shaft snapped off. I called and spoke to John. We made an appointment for a repair. Dennis (from Becker) showed up 15 minutes early (usually other companies service people show up late or very late). He reviewed the damage and replaced the broken spring, fixed the motor shaft and DID NOT try to oversell what I needed. Dennis inspected all the parts and was efficient and professional. I am very glad that I chose to call Becker.

Just a follow-up on my recent "looking for recommendations" post for a garage door repair company. I called Becker Garage Door Company as per the recommendation at about 9:30 AM yesterday, a serviceman was promised to be there between 12-2 PM. He arrived at 12:05, had all the parts necessary in his van and had my door fixed by 1:30. I thought it might be the motor, a $500 fix, turned out to be 2 pulleys that had worn away plus a bracket that had broken and come loose. He (Sam) replaced the parts, made a few adjustments and the door (and motor) is working as good as new. Very prompt, professional

This company has been absolutely amazing from the first day we purchased our garage door . Respectful helpful honest . We had to replace a piece of side molding there was an issue with a relly font remeber rhink something with the rubber . We made one call and they took a look and took care of it no questions asked . 5 years later inoticed my door started to fade in some areas i researched it and was pretty rare for this door . Had a problem with my unit where the motor ran but the chain didn't move. Something was jammed. Technician came out and fixed it right away. I'm always concerned that the response is "you need a new unit" but the guy actually knew enough to make the fix and give me suggestions on handling potential future issues. They're getting the call next time I have a problem!

Called the company again for another issue with my garage door...he (Sam) figured quickly that it could've been a broom that got stuck under the door. (stupid me). He had to fix a wheel that popped out within 2 minutes. He was very nice about it and didn't assume immediately it was that. He came in time and assessed and repaired the issue quick...10 minutes or less.

Wow, did I just get screwed....called for service because door was not working properly. ..technician came out and said problem was a loose wire (keep in mind they installed opener) and beams not lined up properly was secondary....I made appointment with Chris and was not told of any service fee to come out, however since opener was installed over a year I was charged $95 for a service call!!!! It took technician longer to write up my bill than to do the job...Don't worry I won't be calling again

This company is professional, courteous, honest and simply the best! John Becker arrived on time per appointment to address my garage door opener issues. I was anticipating a complete new opener system but the fix was as simple as unlocking the wall control panel. John, did not charge for his visit or push for unnecessary sales and left me as a very relieved and happy customer. Now I know who to reach out to for any future garage door issues. We discovered the spring to our garage door broken early yesterday morning. We called and left a message on the answering machine and received a callback just after 8:00 am when they opening. They were able to schedule a serviceman for the very same day who arrived on time.
The serviceman was polite and upbeat and my garage door was repaired quickly and skillfully!
Take it from someone who runs a plumbing & heating service company; this is a topnotch outfit that I would recommend highly!

I needed to replace my garage door and Becker Garage Door Co was recommended by a longtime friend who knew the business previously as Raynor. I called Becker and three other companies.
Becker promised a quick appointment and John was at my home on time and with very good recommendations. The pricing was reasonable and available right away - John had a price book with him. The other companies used their computer tablets to price the job and that took several days longer.
The door was ordered and installed within a week. Dennis did a perfect installation.

Becker Garage Door Company has a staff that is responsive, friendly, efficient, and reasonable. I called around 4:00PM on Thursday afternoon. I explained my problem to Chris. Chris told me he could send someone to repair my garage door spring the next morning between 8:00AM - 9:00AM. I was pleasantly surprised. At 8:00AM one of Becker's trucks pulled up in front of my house. The technician's name was Sam. He looked at the door and verified my problem and told me the job would take about 30 to 45 minutes.
