Stay away from this landscaper. They do an absolutely terrible job. Had them seed my yard and they were barely putting any seed down at all. In the very front of my yard they dumped grass seed and fertilizer as they were leaving and burnt my sod. I would not be surprised if this was done intentionally since I had to babysit their work since they weren't doing anything right at all.

Their truck is parking after hours in PA and blocks an intersection from view. You cannot see oncoming traffic until you pull into traffic due to the size of the vehicle.
Also it has MD Farm tags. Md farm tag registration is allowed "if operating within 25 miles of the farm WITHOUT interstate travel" . So they are breaking the law parking it traveling to PA with no load ( pictures provided if I can figure out how to attach pics to a review).
They need to find a different place to park the vehicle that does impact driver vision of the intersection and registration should be DOT because they use
