Alliance Carpet Service provided prompt and thorough cleaning of my very large rugs and furniture. We have an old dog, and the rugs we needed cleaning had pet odors. Tom and Linda were both born and raised in the Coastal Bend area. Linda is a successful realtor for RE/MAX in Rockport and Tom has run the carpet service company keeping customers happy for the last 7 years. During their off time, they enjoy fishing and boating. They raised their son in this area and are now enjoying spending time with their grandbaby and extended family.
Not all carpet cleaning companies deliver the same level of service. After an initial "walk though", we will vacuum your carpet, as well as, vacuum the crevices between your carpet and your baseboards to get out the dirt and debris that normally does not come out with regular vacuuming. Once we have vacuumed, we will pre-treat your carpet and then steam clean the entire carpet using our van-mounted cleaning systems.

When my hot water heater busted and flooded my ENTIRE house these guys were out here the same night to help! They were the nicest guys and knew exactly what to do! This was the first time I had to deal with a hot water heater busting and they made sure I knew what they were doing each step of the way! They do the work in a timely manner and do amazing work! My house was repaired with in 3 weeks and they made sure to go the extra mile when it came to fixing everything! They make this process as easy as they can on you, they even talk to your insurance company when problems arise! I highly recommend
