Cambridge Square is a 130-acre retail, commercial office and residential community located in Ooltewah, Tennessee. 235,000 square foot commercial and retail; zoned for 340 single family homes; currently home to 30 local Chattanooga brands. In March of 2019, BP Construction was named as the Master Developer for the Sewanee Village project which entails commercial and residential development in downtown Sewanee.
