Ryan showed real customer service. He was about his word, didn't waste any of my time. He even offered to vacuum out my rental car so I could return it, and a ride back to get my new vehicle. Ms. Chris was very pleasant and helpful. They made it possible for myself to get into a vehicle. I am happy with my purchase and grateful for all they did. Thank you.

This dealer will not give you an upfront price on your car. All he wants you to do is show up to the dealership so he can waste your time. Lol he is a genuis, he told me he would never sell a car over the phone. Lol I would never buy 1 over the phone, but if your limited on the amount you can spend and he tells you that is his lowest price he can go then your saving everyones time including theres.

If I could give a 0 I would . old white guy was rude asf talking bout no u cant afford that car mgr stwpped in gave me new salesman lance he was cool until he definetely judged our credibility wanted to run our report and qualify us for car first lost a deal not about to qualify me for 2 cars before I test drive. Btw our credit is excellent just dont want to go to main dealer for a overpriced vehicle .

Parsons is a great used car place. They stand by there word. I purchased a car and it needed some work done and they did it for free, they also came to the auto repair shop to check on me to see if I needed anything. Fantastic customer service and fantastic cars. Come to this place for a car

I had a bad experience with parsons east, they are scammers and liars. I financed for my vehicle and paid them $3000 deposit down so Keith (who says he's the owners but I found out he isn't) he's the sales person who harassed me for more money making up lies just to pocket the funds. After I already had an agreement with the him and the bank. So I told them I will give them the car back and take them to court if the harressment doesn't stop.
