Our cabinets were installed crooked, some are already falling apart and the ‘customer service’ is terrible. When we called to make a complaint and request they fix it, we never heard back, called everyday for weeks. When we finally did catch someone, calling from a different number, the man we talked to was incredibly rude and flat out told us ‘too bad, we did our best, sorry it wasn’t good enough.’ What?!!!! I can’t even believe they are in business.

I would not recommend this company if you are a homeowner. I have tried for months to have someone from Prestige Kitchen & Bath contact me to price and install glass panel type doors for my kitchen cabinets. To date, I still have no quote nor scheduled date for install. I thought 'customer experience' also included timely response.
