I would give more stars if I could! As an owner of a fleet of Sprinters (gomoterra.com) I interact regularly with Mercedes service centers throughout the west. Specifically, Michael and Randy in the service center deserve a call out for going way above and beyond at the end of the day on a Friday and were able to get our renters back up and running. It's refreshing to deal with a team that is so focused on customer satisfaction. I can't thank you all enough! I sincerely look forward to working with you again in the future.

I have to drive between 45-60 min to your dealership so when I was told it was going to take 2-3 hours for my B service I do not want to hear, when I arrive, that it is going to take the whole day. I understand that you cannot have a shuttle to Beaumont where I live. So when this is a routine service I certainly hope that you can keep the promised time. As you know, you do not have fabulous entertainment in your waitingroom (joke)

I called to follow up on a card we received for a discount on four tires. I spoke to a very nice person in service who transferred me to parts for a tire quote. The fellow I spoke with said he did not have access to any reference for tire sizes for our 550SL. How absurd? I then looked at the web site and it has a search method for finding the right tires for the car. As a result of his ignorant answers, I pursued one of the dozen other tire retailers in the area of Indian Wells. I also found an option for the A3 service. Some one needs to train the parts group better.

Standoffish main saleswoman made our family feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome through several negative interactions in 10 min. She made it abundantly clear that her dealership offers no servicing or retail on the weekends, which makes me question why they’re even open. Our family owns 5 Mercedes vehicles (the least amount we’ve owned in many years) and will never make the mistake of buying one from here. Will not return for any reason.

After 3 calls to make an appointment for service and never having a call back I took my car in since I had a $25 coupon that would expire. I explained that to the service writer and he said the coupon was not expired and they would honor it. I waited for my car and when it was finished about 2 hours later I paid the bill--I had had a knee replacement less than a week prior and was in pain so I did not look at the bill. They did not bring my car to the service entrance like all previous services so I did not see the passenger side of my car and I went to my car and left. A week later I drove it

I was immediately greeted by name when I arrived. The service advisor took extra time in understanding my needs and concerns and made extra effort in resolving them. The service was amazing, treated like family.

We had a 11-year-old Mercedes SUV GL450 broken down in Yucca Valley on an extreme hot day in June. No auto repair shops in 20 miles radius would help us to fix it. Thankfully Mercedes nationwide roadside assistance service helped us and towed our SUV to Mercedes of Palm Springs dealership for free 35 miles away!
The service department spent several days to pinpoint the faulty parts which caused the breakdown. They fixed it. They are very honest and the repair expanses were quite reasonable.
