We have a commercial garage door at our house. One of the springs failed in March and the door was unusable. We tried to go through another company in town and never heard back from them. Then we tried Pine Country Garage Doors. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
We received a call back and a home visit within a day! Although the springs had to be ordered Rod kept us informed and up to date on the order. He came out- repaired the door within 2 weeks of our first call to his company. We are strongly recommending him to anyone who is looking for an experienced company with great customer service. He is very knowledgeable

While visiting my daughter and her family, her garage door came off the track. My husband tried to fix it himself but soon realized he was in over his head. Rod from Pine Country arrived in under 2 hours and had the problem fixed quickly. While he was there he checked and adjusted the alignment of the door and lubricated all moving parts! I definitely recommend Pine Country for fast, thorough and courteous service!
