I dealt with this company to get an estimate on some window repairs (slider/balancers on one window and a broken lock on another). The person (I don't like to put names in reviews) who came to do the estimate was on time and very pleasant and told me he would have the estimate to me in a day or two. Several days went by and I did not receive the estimate. I called and he said he sent it but told me the amount over the phone and said he would resend with the contract by 5PM that evening. I have yet to receive that estimate (that was 10 days ago) or the contract. And yes, I did check my junk mail

I needed an evaluation and estimate of any work that may possibly be needed. I called Frank and he scheduled it on the day and time I requested. He inspected all windows and his findings were that all windows were in good shape and no work was needed at this time. Frank was friendly, professional, on time and most of all honest. Frank, the owner came to our home and was excellent. No pressure, worked with us, did measurements, made sure every last detail was correct, and did more than just the windows. Frank did the wood apron's at the bottom of the windows, gave us a host of options on colors and styles of windows, and made sure we were happy with everything. It was only then that he ordered the windows, and once they came in his Team came to our home to work the install.

After all hell rained down in August 2018 and hail did over $130,000 damage to our home, All Windows' owner Frank helped us through some very trying, difficult and frustrating times. He was highly professional, totally honest, delightful to work with. served as our advocate with insurance claims and was patient beyond expectation. We can unequivocally and enthusiastically recommend this company for any all all window installs, new or replacement. It's always very refreshing when a company sells a quality product and has exceptional customer service. Frank provided a quote the day after I called and had our new screen patio door installed two weeks later. I never met him face to face and he did this all when we weren't home. When we replace our windows and other doors he as earned our business. Great experience, great company.

Frank was able to promptly respond to my request, and arrived on the same day that I contacted him. Frank was very knowledgeable and patient in understanding my need. He was able to address the problem with my patio door in less than one hour. He also help me understand how to avoid the problem with the 3-point lock in the future. The cost was also very reasonable. I recommend Frank, and I will call him next time I have need for window or door services.
