N&B does not follow up with anything. When we bought the home we pointed out a bunch of cracks in our home; outside and inside. Alex’s response there is one type on concrete, concrete that cracks. And refused to fix anything. I’ve called multiple times trying to get things fixed. It’s either no response of a out of luck type. Emily was very rude on the phone with me. The roofs are made with 2x4 and will not be able to handle this wind and snow for long. All in all their homes look nice but fall apart once they get their check. I will not buy from them again.

I had a great experience with N&B. They completed everything on the punch list after our walkthrough. We were not able to move in for almost 2 months after closing. They helped us tremendously with a couple of concerns during that period before we moved in. We had a few issues after move-in and they promptly responded to our warranty requests. Amy, the realtor, and Alex, the project manager, really hit a home run here.
