Working with Daryn was a great experience. He helped us in all aspects of our roofing project, from dealing with our insurance which was a job in itself. He showed us what would look good on our roof and matched our house color perfect with the guttering. When the job was complete, he came out and looked on the roof to make sure that everything was complete and looked good. What a great job him and his crew did. I need my roof repair on several spot for damaged. The guy came inspected my roof before he leaves told me he will send me the estimate, but didn't hear a word from him, when I call him and ask how much it cost to repair, he saids he will call me back but never did. Poor service. I guess they just want to take big order job not just a tiny repair job. Really frustrated. I hope everyone not have the same problem like me. I wouldn't give them any star if I can.

Started on Monday to try and get a quote on a roof job that was 53 miles away from their central office. Playing phone tag back-and-forth just to get a hold of the rep who didn’t call me until mid week. Said he would call me back only to have to call him back 48 hours later to find out that they didn’t want to do business in Canton because it was too far away. Nobody has any real answers and apparently the owner is just as difficult to get a hold of. Find someone else to do your roof.

My wife saw Keeter ad on TV, and after seeing it a few times, she suggested we call them. Nicki answers the phone and has been excellent throughout the entire process. We live about 80-90 miles from their office, and wondered if they would even come out here to discuss our roof and guttering. Not only did they come to our house, but they were here a long time answering all our questions and discussing possibilities. Mr. Keeter made us feel like we were his only customer.

Keeter Roofing and Remodeling did an outstanding job on our roof. During their tear off process of the old shingles they found a deteriorated area around our fireplace chimney that was in need of extra attention to repair properly. Keeter's crew rapidly repaired it and continued the project without any delay. In addition to their high quality work crew, their selection of building materials was second to none.
