I live in an older home and needed repairs to the shower. Decided on a remodel. Wanted someone in the area so I would not get killed with mileage charges. PSI was a random pick and I am NOT disappointed. Friendly people from office staff to workers. I would recommend them to family and friends and should the need arise, I will use them again.

PSI has outstanding customer service. They call when they say they'll call and show up on time to do the repair. In my case, there was an additional issue (not their fault) after the installation of a water heater and they made sure the issue was resolved. They even followed up with a call a week later to make sure all was still working as expected. Excellent service!

If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT USE THEM. Very poor Service. I set up an appointment for between 8-9 am. I was called at 8:45 by the secretary that they were unable to come out until the afternoon. I had taken off work to meet them. They said that since I stated that my husband would be available all day they decided that they could do a different job first. I had yelled at the secretary for this and that they needed to pay my wages for taking off. My husband called them at 4 when they were still not there and they stated that they were not coming since I yelled at the secretary.

PSI and his team are always hard working, polite and on time! - can't ask for more than that - as everyone knows when anything pertaining to water/sewer/clogged pipes happens its never at a good time - but Shawn Jones and his crew make it right as fast as possible and gets you back up and running as fast as possible.

We recently have had the opportunity to use Shawn and his company when building a new shop for our business. The service and quality of work was topnotch.
