I called them from out of state to get my roof repaired on 1 Oct. 2021. I gave them a deposit but never signed a contract. They have not come out to do the work, and I called and said not to, and I want my deposit back. That they do not want to do. Tom gave me a lot of BS about 3 days after signing contract. I never signed one. When he texted me a contract I was able to enlarge it and saw that they were not going to include what needed to be included, and they could charge me more for anything else they might do. I have contacted my credit card company!!!

This company is exceptional. Had a water issue about 2 monthe after new roof and they were there the next day to find it which was a roof vent that was leaking. When they put on the new roof, they removed all the layers of old roof. They used drones to show me. Excellent customer service from Tom and Nick. Thank you!

Roof Gurus was able to provide me with a no charge estimate in a very speedy manner and quoted a very affordable price. At the time of the estimate, I provided a deposit. Although, I did not obtain their services, for personal reasons, they remained professional and understanding as my contract was canceled and deposit returned in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with the work Roof Gurus did at my home and the cost was less than several other quotes I had gotten.
The workers were punctual, courteous and worked with excellence.
The worked entailed several aspects such as cleaning all the debris form the roof, reconditioning it, applied silver coat, cover an opening on the wood ledge of the roof, paint the ledge and install a chimney cover. They hauled away all the debris and completed the work in a timely matter. I will highly recommend Roof Gurus… Thank you!!

I contacted Roof Gurus by accident & I'm glad that I did! They have a nice website & are easy to get in touch with. Tom came out to inspect my roof that was due for standard maintenance & a porch that needed a new roof. He was honest & gave a quote that I think was reasonable. The guys who came to do the work arrived within a good amount of time, were respectful, left things clean & sent me pictures of the completed work. I'm happy with the work & will definitely use this company again.

Con artist I had a leaky roof at the back room I called roof guru they gave me a estimate of 1400 to repair the leak I gave them half down they came two week later to do the job guest what it still leak they played games like its something else so why they didn't tell me that in the first place then tried to get me to do new siding haven't herd from them since stay away

Very professional and timely. I needed some maintenance and patching on the roof. Ensured to practice distancing while explaining what would be done and utilized text messaging while on the roof. They provided before and after pictures of the work that was done since I don't have roof access myself. Would definitely use again.

When he realized that even a double stroke survivor [myself] would not pay the only estimate he had given for what he claims was a whole roof replacement, when all I needed was a partial roof repair, AND that I didn't want the extra work/upsell that he tried to convince me I would need, he walked off in a huff.
This past week, I have never had so many contractors, both roofers and plumbers, act so unreasonable and unethical. I guess the younger generation does business poorly because they were poorly trained/taught. Ironically, all of the bad people i've used are also poorly rated here

STAY. AWAY! SCAM ALERT!
I called to get an estimate for a roof leak that needed patched up with the recent rains. He said I needed a whole new roof for this brand new construction. Property was brought less than a month ago with appropriate home inspections. When I told him about the inspection that was done less than a month ago, he hung up. I don't believe Tom is honest. Instead of explaining the issues to get to the bottom of the problem, he was ill tempered throughout and very rude.
Side note: Unbeknownst to him, I had 4 other roofers come take a look at the same issue and no one else

This company did a small section of flat roof for my home in Trevose. they repaired the leak in one corner of the room. they created another leak at the opposite end of the room... There were no other leaks anywhere Else... The Asphalt shingles on the rest of my roof were and are watertight.
