These people are crooks. There is ZERO chance they have sprayed my yard. The photo doesn't even lend a glimpse into how many weeds are in my yard, but they sure do charge me $80 just about every month. Garbage service. CROOKS. DO NOT EMPLOY THIS COMPANY!

Extremely disappointed with this company's practice of automatically continuing service from one year to the next without direct communication with the customer. Ritenour Custom Lawn applied an "Early Spring" fertilizer treatment last month on a day when I was not at home then left a bill. I am unable to afford their costly lawn treatments.
My written and phone-in plea with the company to dismiss the $51 application treatment fell on deaf ears. Beware of this company and their poor customer service!

Extremely impressed with this company! We recently switched to them from a larger company. Unfortunately, their representative got some overspray on our white vinyl fence, staining it. After we were unable to scrub off the stains, we reached out to them and they immediately began working to fix the problem. The problem was solved quickly and painlessly. I would absolutely recommend them, top notch service!

They have really improved our lawn and helped us grow grass. (Our lawn was originally seeded by our builder so it had very little top soil and very hard, compacted soil.) They have performed many services to help the lawn including aeration, Lyme, root enhancers, fertilizers, etc. They use high quality products that are safe for my kids, pets, and the environment.

After 31 years of using this company to take care of our lawn it is completely destroyed. They claim that some kind of insect infested our lawn that is native to the Pacific Northwest. It is amazing that this insect traveled just to my property and only to the property line is the lawn affected. It is completely dead and needs total replacement. Not one single other lawn in our neighborhood had this problem, not even untreated lawns. Obviously something went terribly wrong and Custom Lawn care offered
no excuse but " oh well, sorry". We live in a small 1/3 of an acre each development. Custom lawn
