I had an appointment set up for 8am. Tech showed up on time, looked at job and begged off saying it was a lot of work and he wanted to come back with another guy, can he reschedule...I said yes, he told me someone would call later. I didn't get a call until 2 days later. Guess they didn't want or need the work.

Nobody answers the phone, seems to be one worker running around like a chicken without a head. Comes to do a repair then says I have to leave to go to another job yet hasnt fixed my issue. Has to come back 3 days later and upsold me a new garage door motor rather than fixing the original issue. Was told the owner is retired, so who is running this place ?

Our garage door was not working so I called the store. They explained over the phone how to troubleshoot it and I was able to easily and safely solve the problem myself with guidance. It turned out to be a very minor issue but we hadn't been able to figure it out ourselves. They were very friendly and helpful.
