Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Called mid week to make an appointment for Friday at 2:00. I called this company around 11:00 AM to verify what type of payment they take. Confirmed appointment again. Drove an hour to the house to meet him, and he did not show. Finally left at 6:00. Waste of my time and unprofessional.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job! I called him in the morning and his crew was able to squeeze me in their very busy schedule to make sure I had water for my family tonight!!! He was very reasonably priced, knows what hes doing and very quick with the job! I will be using him again if I have any more plumbing needs!!! Avoid like the plauge! Hired to install a new sewer line. Not only did they not complete the job as required, the work they did was not up to code and we had to hire a new contractor to fix their work. They also tried to charge more than they originally quoting citing that it took longer than they expected.
