Great service. On time, came with everything handy. Waylon was very professional, nice to talk to. Didn't mind me sitting outside while he worked and gave me some maintenance tips for throughout the year. One of the few services I've used where I enjoyed chatting with the professional that came out and did the work. Would recommend to any family and friends in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience with this company from start to finish. Went above and beyond to do a good job and worked hard getting it done. The owner chose to go with a more expensive wood, to frame in the garage door, no upcharge, and made the comment he couldn't stand to drive by and see his work if he used cheap materials. That tells me a lot about his work ethics.

When I used the online form to reach DC Garage door, found on the Plymouth, indiana website for that company... I was called promptly within a day of posting, by what I assumed was a person at the Plymouth, IN branch of this store. We scheduled an appointment for between 9-noon 2 weeks later. The day before the appointment, the customer service agent called to confirm the appointment, and when asked, mentioned that my appointment was their 1st call of the day, so to plan for an early call. When I called the Plymouth, indiana store today at 11am, to find out when to expect the service crew since

True story: if you ever back into your garage door and it gets stuck open two days before you leave for vacation, D C Garage Doors will come to your rescue. They were no more expensive than the large chain stores and had a new door installed for me within 24 hours of the incident, since they keep standard doors in stock. Fancier doors may be ordered; they also do repairs.
