Called twice and was told both times my info would be transferred over to the office to give me a call and set up service on my new home. Never heard from them. Like I said I called twice each call spaced a week apart. This company serviced the house I purchased under the old owner so I was just wanting to continue the service with the company that knows the home and what pest may have been a problem. Oh well moving on.

I couldn't even get their exterminator to give me a call. I was told he would come out by the end of the day and that he would call when he was on his way. The end of the day came and went and no one called or came. I left three messages with their answering service and was told they couldn't do anything but "pass the messages along. I would've given them 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Truly terrible.
