Nothing short of a miracle. The bottom hinge(s) of our double glass doors were hit by pallets moving in and out over the years and it broke the shoe or support beneath. We kept calling out BInswanger Glass to fix it because they told us they repaired/replaced commercial doors. Our doors are just like regular aluminum framed full glass doors like you see lots of places. But Binswanger was apparently replacing the broken "shoes" that were supporting the hinger with the same broken shoes so a few weeks later we would have exact same problem again. And honestly Binswanger charged us twice for the exact

Eric sends us a quote after coming on site to see what work is needed. Low balls the competition. Then the day before the installation tells us they sent him the wrong door and delays the install another week. The day he is supposed to install the door he claims he needs a full day and had to come back on Another day. The morning of install day he calls saying he needs to hire a contractor to cut out the door. Mind you he’s seen this door twice already and only last minute decides he can’t do the work himself and it would cost an additional $1000. This is incredibly unprofessional and a sham

Eric with Heights Door Works is very professional!! I requested he come by The Pentecostals of Baytown and give me an estimate to replace two exterior doors. Eric has been doing work for us for the past 5 years and highly recommend him! He is honest, dependable, and his work is superb. I've had other door companies come out to do repairs for us and our door would keep breaking. Eric came out and knew exactly what needed to be done to get the job done right.
