We cannot recommend VIP Remodeling highly enough! Jorge Higareda is a very talented contractor and project manager. Jorge and his team completely reworked and transformed our dreary, ugly, tiny master bath into a luxury mini oasis. The work is all high-end and there was no cutting corners, sloppy workmanship, or substandard materials. Jorge knows each aspect of the trade, code, materials, design, and project implementation. Everything was plotted and finished to perfection.

I didn't know there were contractors like Jorge. I couldn't say more about Jorge's service and professionalism. He was on budget, showed up to work everyday he said he would, and completed the job a little early. We had no issue's getting all the punch list items corrected after cabinet and tile installation. Jorge even had some things fixed that I wouldn't have noticed. His work was excellent and we cannot be happier. I simply cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with him and I can't wait to save up enough to start the other jobs I want to do in my house

Jorge brought my 1950s home into the 21st century! I had walls removed to create an open floor plan, a kitchen remodeled, two fireplaces refaced, a room addition which included a 5 piece bathroom and walk-in closet, as well I had a new patio built. Jorge and his team did beautiful, quality work! I love how my home turned out! This is important but what is equally important is the type of contractor he is. He delivers on what he promises! This was my first big remodel and I was really worried because of the horror stories one hears about contractors. My entire experience with Jorge was the opposite

I cannot say enough good things about Jorge and VIP Remodeling. Many other companies just wanted to give me an oral bid, and others would not even come out to look at the project because it would not be a complete gut and replace job. The bathroom remodel included replacing a window on my 1946 Pasadena home, as well as completely re-tiling the walls and the floor. Jorge gave me a very detailed written bid, and was scrupulous about updating the contract to reflec progress payments. He had great design ideas, and was absolutely on board with my desire to have the bathroom reflect the '40s

After a very extensive search for a remodeling company we found VIP Remodeling, the level of service from VIP remodeling was great. Very professional came to our house the next day after we called for an estimate, Jorge was able to answer all our questions, and helped us through out the entire process, gave us excellent ideas and was very patient with our last minute changes, they did a full remodel of our home plus a complete addition, they took care of all the planning permits and inspections. We have and will continue to recommend VIP Remodeling for any general contracting work.

My family and I had the opportunity to receive the best service from VIP Remodeling on a renovation project we had done in our home. The construction workers were very friendly and professional. Moreover, we were able to plan out a timeline of when our kitchen, office, living room, and dining rooms would be completed.
The owner George was able to give us some helpful advice on the type of flooring, tile, and color schemes to choose from at very reasonable price. Another great thing that I really thought was great about VIP's service was how quickly they worked so there were no major delays

Jorge remodeled both master bath and jack and jill bathroom for us. He also installed new cabinets and counters for our laundry room. We are very happy with the Jorge's work and have lots of good things to say about him and his team!

Worked with Jorge back in November and had my bathroom completely remodeled from the piping to the flooring to the shower walls. Professional, Great communication and Quality work. I was really hoping to leave a 5 star reviews like all the others but I am very disappointed. VIP remodel came from a neighbors referral. I have had some very bad experiences with remodeling and saw the amazing job Jorge and his team did and was excited. My neighbor told me there were some minor hitches along the way; time line weren't met, not because of Jorge and his team but city issues, few change orders but because they decided to adjust the plans and they spent more than they wanted to.
My issue is he came, seemed very nice but never sent a quote. 1 week later, I have sent a few text

We hired VIP to remodel our bathroom. The project went smoothly and the results are perfect! Jorge was very easy to work with, extremely responsive, and took full responsibility to fix things when we had a couple of hiccups in the process (in my experience, hiccups are a standard part of almost any home improvement project). VIP did custom tile work, built custom solid wood cabinets, and got us a beautiful Carrara marble vanity counter that Jorge sourced from slab remnants, which helped keep the cost down. On that note, the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and attention to detail

I recently had a master bathroom remodel done with VIP Remodeling. Job was completed in 4 weeks. The experience was very good from beginning to end. Jorge, (the owner) came in for a requested free estimate. He had very good design ideas and also was open for our must haves in the design. Changes were made to the design due to our budget and Jorge had provided good compromises to the design to meet our needs.
His crew from demo, plumbing, electrical and anything in between was excellent. They cleaned up at the end of every work day which made living during a remodel much more feasible.

Vip remodeling is an excellent company. Not only did they give us the best price, but they also offered the best kitchen layout. Any contractor can come and break walls, but very few can design a kitchen that you will be happy with for years to come. I used to have a stove 10" from the fridge and always hated cooking because I had no counter space. But with some creative ideas by the vip design crew, my kitchen now has an open concept kitchen with tons of counter space. I even got an island in the middle that we now use as a table. Super excited with my kitchen and I am confident these guys

Five stars for being easy to communicate with! The team exceeded my expectations and finished ahead of schedule. I knew I was in good hands from the initial estimate, I was educated on the symmetry of a kitchen and how to make the space more functional. I was even advised on the different types of cabinets' options, colors, and sizes. VIP remodel is much more then a construction company, they're about the people, process and product. I am eager to get my next remodel done with them in the near future.

Big fan of flip or flop so it inspired me to update my house this fall. Even though the tv show makes it seem a little harder then it is, it really isn't that hard to remodel a house if you have the right contractor. Tony was well organized with the proper documents ready for me to sign, always had the material ready for me to pick out, he had a payment schedule spelled out in black and white, and the quality of product and work was A grade. Remodeling is not cheap but it is well worth it.

Initially I worked with Tony in the beginning. He was very communicative. Responded to my emails very fast and was very helpful during the selection process of the materials.
All changes that were requested by me were done in a timely fashion. Their estimate was 4-5 weeks, which turned out to be the case.
