WinsMor Garage Door

WinsMor installed a nice two bay garage door in 2012. I have no real problem with the door as a product. This year both of the remotes have stopped working. I changed the battery in one thinking that was the problem. But that wasn't it. I dragged my feet a bit but finally called Mike to get some direction about what to do since now both remotes weren't working. He didn't feel it was the batteries. Okay fine, then what. He said to hit the Connection Button on the unit itself to reconnect the unit with the remote. I tried that several times. I got no where. I called him again and he

We have been trying to get someone from Winsmor to come to our house for 2 months to install a garage door and opener. They made an appointment to come out on Dec. 14th. We have called every day, but no one will return our calls. If I treated my customers like this, my business would be out of business. I would like to find someone else to install an affordable garage door. I have never been treated this bad by a local business. No stars from us! Dec. 19th and still waiting!

What a horrible business. Crooked and unreliable. Contractor suggested this company while building our garage. Owner was on property to collect the funds but good luck reaching him for any door problems. Door was never hooked up to power and promised to return to fix. Needless to say I had to call anitger company to finish the job. While that other company was on site they could not believe the "hack" job that this winsmore company did on the initial installation. Metal trim falling off, rails were installed with a bend in them that was wearing the motor and eventually would have ruined the system

I would give them 5 stars because the doors, hardware, and Bluetooth openers are awesome/beautiful (I feel a great value); BUT there were 3 (!) missed appointment days they said they were coming to install—but didn’t come due to various reasons. However, when they came to install, help was SUPER polite and construction was very organized and clean.

Do not buy from Winsmor Doors! They do not service what they sell.
I purchased my doors from Winsmor and they installed them. At the time I would have given the company a 5-star rating. A few years later I had them install new electric garage door openers.
The issue is one of the tracks shakes so horrifically when opening and closing that I think it is going to collapse. I have called them 4 times in the past 9 months for a service call. I spoke with people twice and left messages twice. I’ve been told they would put me on the list that was last fall. Most recent calls are ignored.

Mike and Casey were amazing. Customer Service as you'd expect. Installed as expected, price exactly what was quoted - they worked hard and did very clean work. They went above and beyond throughout and exceeded all expectations - 100% referral to anyone! I was mostly curious about the "finishing work" on the tracks, interior and the end result is top notch / professional. From visit/quote to install, 1 week! We love the finished product and happy to give them the money!

We had an estimate from WinsMor Garage on a Wednesday and Thursday afternoon the old door was taken off and new one installed. we are so pleased, did not want to put too much money into it and Mr. Mortell's estimate was just what we were looking for. Thanks to him and his helper for a job well done!

I purchased a Lifestyle Screen door and two new 8 x 10 doors. Professional and timely installation. They even got rid of my old doors. Very pleased

I stopped by their office on Route One on three different occasions. Each time the woman at the desk scheduled an appointment for someone to come to my house and give me an estimate. All three times they were a no show. Apparently they are doing so well that they have no need of my business. I

My garage door broke a spring. Of course it was the middle of winter when I really needed the garage door opener to work! Anyway, WinsMor Garage Door did a great job of finding the right spring and fixing my door in a hurry and all for a very fair price.
