Services
A detailed value-engineering exercise of the initial construction plans and specifications. An analysis of the site characteristics and topography to maximize/improve access, orientation, view, foundation design, conservation of flora and other site-related concerns. Daily field management to insure that the interests of the client are the primary focus of the various alternatives and decisions that arise.
Building in the mountains has a component of the unknown or indefinable associated with the site work and foundation elements of the home. Topography issues, in-situ soil and rock elements, unknowns regarding septic and drain field details as well as indeterminate well depth for domestic water usage all have the potential to create budgetary overruns.
In this day and age of instant communication of real-time conditions, it is simply unacceptable to fail to communicate with one's clientele. Accompanying each requisition is an orderly summary of every invoice that comprises the monthly draw, allowing our clientele to fully understand the nature and scope of the work for which funds are being requested.
