We have an exceptionally good relationship with the building departments in the majority of the cities in Florida, and are well respected by the reviewers and inspectors. Steve Tewes was on the code enforcement board at the city of Miramar and had the chief building official and fire marshal on our client reference list.
We also represented the city of Sunrise building department. Our firm specializes in corporate commercial projects. Below is a list of some of the work we have completed that illustrates our speed. We completed a 150,000 square feet facility for Heartware located in Dade County.

The facility composed of the executive department, conference rooms, biomedical manufacturing and a gymnasium with three site emergency generators as well as many other support areas.
