I have used this company for more than 10 years. They are friendly and awesome at what they do. We had a renter that moved out and destroyed the carpet. The renter had taken a bottle with cigarettes water and ashes poured it all over the carpet. Grease from a motor all over the place and now the carpet looks brand new. The carpet by the way is 23 years old.

I had rented a house for 20 years. The people that rented the house had animals inside. I thought I was going to have to replace the floors. They came in promptly as they said they would, clean the floors and made them look Like they were new! I highly recommend them for any work you have around your house!

Extremely professional and honest! I lost my wedding ring of 20 years 2 months ago... I have been devastated since. Carpet Care came to my house while I was at work to clean carpets and tile. While moving furniture to clean under it THEY FOUND MY RING !! They could have easily put it in their pocket and I would have never known. But they didn’t! After 2 stressful months my ring is back on my finger !! This speaks VOLUMES about this business and the folks that run it!

Shana and Carpet Care Plus was absolutely amazing from start to finish! I purchased a home in the area and wanted everything cleaned before we moved in. Once Shana got to my home, she sent me pictures of everything that was going to get cleaned and the estimate before the work started. The prices were excellent and the pictures that she sent afterwards were amazing. They made the carpets, grout, and tile look brand new. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs and will definitely be having them come out next to clean my wood floors! Thanks again!!

Shana and crew were selected to strip/clean/wax the floors in our Church (somewhere around 7000 sq ft). A different company has performed this work for us in the past but it seemed like the floors were looking a little worse every year. Shana was extremely punctual, arriving not on-time but about 10 minutes before. Her and her crew worked very long hours to get the job finished in a timely manner. The floors were in such bad shape there were many places they had to be stripped 4 - 5 times. I honestly believe any other company would have given up after the 2nd or 3rd stripping and just put down
