Frangenco, LLC, is a parent company comprised of two separate divisions, Top Coat Painters, and Ceiling Pro Cleaners. Frangenco was founded in 2002 by Frances A. Coviello and Gene N. Coviello. Based in Preston, CT, is independent, non-franchised company. We are a certified minority, woman owned entity (EDWOSB).

TC Painters is the best choice around. Gene was extremely professional and friendly. Kept me informed every step of the way and answered any questions I had. He removed popcorn ceilings on the entire first floor of the house and he did an amazing job painting my ceilings and staircase. I will definitely be calling Gene for any future painting projects and encourage everyone else to do the same.

I am the owner of Tetlow Builders, LLC. Gene from top coat painters hired me to do some extensive work on his bathroom. He said he didnt need painting done because he was a painter. I said sure no problem. In my mind i was saying ive heard this before. So when we were done he painted. I was amazed at the quality he did, so i asked him if he had time to do a job for me. Gene did a great job!! Equally important he was prompt and on time. He would ask us to check out his work as he progressed to insure we were happy. He was very professional and courteous at all times. He did several rooms in our home and i will be calling on his this fall to do more. I have highly recommended him to friends and neighbors. Cant say enough good things about Gene, his company and workmanship!!

Gene and his crew painted the exterior of my 1850 year old house which included sanding, grinding, priming and painting all the clapboard siding and trim.
Let me preface--I am not the type of person who scores anything with the highest marks because I believe that there is almost always room for improvement. However, in this case, I can't find any reason why Top Coat painters should get anything lower than an A in all categories. Gene, Fran, and their crew (Kerry and Justin) were amazing! The painters were very nice & professional. The areas that were supposed to be painted were done well & look great. The problem is that the painters were messy & dripped paint all over the place. The did clean it after it was pointed out, but even now- we are still finding paint drips. Even with drop cloths & tape there was paint on the floor, on fixtures, & on walls that shouldn't have gotten paint anywhere near them so be on the look out after they finish.
