Already established in the commercial and residential development and construction businesses, we felt that this skill set would be beneficial to both national and regional banks dealing with an inflated amount of bank owned properties due to foreclosures and non-performing loans.

Our experience and integrity as a court appointed Receiver enables us to efficiently handle a variety of complex assignments and produce the desired results.

Through its in house affiliates Liberty Solutions offers full service site selection and development management services for residential and commercial developers as well as homebuilders. Our development team includes licensed engineers, storm water management professionals, sediment and erosion control, licensed real estate brokerage, and professional land surveying.
