I recently moved to the area and was excited to replace the carpeting in 4 rooms in my new home. The day I moved in, Justin from Arnquist came to measure the rooms in order to give me a quote. Fast forward to two weeks later and I still had heard nothing back. I called Arnquist and spoke to Justin on the phone, his reasoning was that he was waiting on flooring samples to arrive. Justin then said he was going to check on the sample delivery date and call me right back. It has now been a month with no word from anyone. I am disappointed with the lack of service I received, especially given the many

We certainly loved our experience with the Arnquist team. They are experts at what they do. The carpet is beautiful and the guys were fun to work with. One of my carpets arrived too small for my back bedroom. Tom quickly apologized and offered to reorder it or drop off samples from his warehouse to pick something else. I went with the latter. I have a beautiful lush soft carpet now in my back bedroom that very well cost more than what I ordered but Tom charged me only what we were quoted in the first place. He is very honest and reliable. We purchased tile and wood flooring from this store over the last couple of years. We are so pleased with how it turned out.
The oak flooring was used in our living room, hallway, open kitchen and even the kitchen ceiling.
Before that we had remodeled our bathroom using two kinds of your large format tile for the floor and shower walls.
