Responsive and very friendly! I called in the early evening for an ant problem and was able to get someone the following day in the late afternoon. They explained our options and the process, and seem like fair pricing. They killed the satellite ant colony that was inside the home, and then treated the rest of the house and outside with more repellents. They let us know that we had to be out of the house for two hours while they did this so we were prepared and it went smoothly. Option to pay by credit card but discounted with cash payments. Depending on your service level there is a guarantee

Very fast service and the treatment the technician put down worked wonders! I've never before been able to be in my backyard and not get bitten over and over by gnats and mosquitoes. Last night, not one bite. The treatment worked within 2 days and is safe for pets. I could not have asked for more. Thank you!

This guy is a no show! I paid for a six month “guaranteed” service but never received service in a promptly manner or any service at all. You call, no one answer and he does not respond to your messages. I would not recommend his services. He took my check and every time I call, no response. If he calls you back he says he’s coming and doesn’t show up. Gives you a bunch of excuses but takes your money! I should take him to small claims for breach of contract.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I contacted the company and spoke with Ed who was able to educate me thoroughly on my issue and how best to resolve it. I was provided with affordable options and service plans. 10/10 would recommend. Ed came out and handled 4 bees nests in my yard and advised me that he will return in 14 days to respray in order to continue the bee management. Got service done at my home on 11/11/18. Ed was professional, informative, and I haven't had a problem since. Customer service was awesome. On 11/16/18 I had the owner of the company Ed Whiteside come to my family’s residence for an issue with mice in my basement. I signed a 3 month contract paid for the full service upfront and was told to call after 14 days to make a re- bait appointment. I made a total of three appointments to rebait for the mice food And was able to get three allotments which they missed all after taking time off work to be there and patience I explained after the first appointment that I was not happy so they continued to give me another appointment and make excuses. I finally was fed up and sent Ed a text message
