I made an online order on 01/01/2022 at the Whataburger in Alvin, Tx Store #450. When we got there the front doors were locked and the staff ignored us. I called and told them I was there to pick up an online order. The manager “Christine” said that they lock their doors after midnight (open 24 hours) and don’t carry out orders. She told us we needed to get in the drive thru line. I had 3 hungry children in the car coming home from a New Years firework extravaganza - hence the reason I ordered ahead! I waited for 45 minutes in the drive thru line for Christine to tell my very upset husband

This is the second time I have went to the Whataburger at 13900 O'Connor Rd and did not get what I wanted. I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger. They forgot the bacon and hardly had any onions or sauce on it and there was no one in the restaurant but me at the time. There were a few cars in the drive thru but not that many and it was around 3:35 Sunday afternoon.

Just spent over an hour at whataburger. I ordered a wb junior with cheese and jalapenos. It came without jalapenos. Took it up to the counter and they kept it and later came around to me with a cup of jalapenos. I told them I had no burger they said they threw it away and they'd make me another one. I waited for about 30 minutes then went back up. They never made one. Finally someone opened a can of whoopa$$ on the cooks and made one lickety split and they gave us two pies. We wont be going back.

They no longer serve the Monterey Melt even though it was an all time favorite. And the restaurant told me they were not even allowed to make it anymore. They have all ingredients but are not allowed to make it. I took my business across the street to Jack-in-the Box. Even BK will make it your way. What-a-burger lost me as a customer when I was told they had all ingredients but refused to make my burger even if i wanted to pay for the up charge. Not good service at all.

I have tried repeatedly to get my money back for an order that we never received. It was $43. We did a curbside pickup, checked in, waited 40 minutes, called the restaurant 6 times with no answer, and knocked on the lobby door to only be ignored by the staff. I have called customer care twice and was told that a manager would refund my money as soon as possible - the second agent told me she escalated it and wrote extra notes for me. I have even emailed customer care now and still not had a response. The day it happened, I finally got a hold of the restaurant that evening and the manager told me

Please do something about the Whataburgers in Mobile, AL. All of them are horrible; poor employees attitudes, LONG WAIT TIMES, pisspoor organization, food orders are wrong 70 to 80% of the time. I get there is a double whammy of labor shortage and COVID-19 plaguing you. But, somehow other fastfood restaurants are managing. You have no excuse that would effectively explain the disaster of Whataburger in my hometown.
I want to bring special mention to the Whataburger on South Schillinger Rd in Mobile. The absolute rudest people in the world work there. They have no competition for this trait. Rudeness

As many times we visit Whataburger this is just about how our burgers look every time. After today I have decided I am done eating there. The buns are ALWAYS smashed and never fit the meat or chicken. I actually think the workers have a bet of how quickly they can make the burger rather than care how it is put together. My chicken sandwich today was a hugh mess and as you can see the bun looks like someone stomped on it.. they need to change the advertisement to this picture because you sure don't get whats up on the menu!

Whataburger is not what it used to be. The patties were bigger than the buns and when you ordered a large fries it was a large fries. It always happens when someone changes the recipe to the meat and it looses its original flavor. I’m very happy that for years I’ve been asking for a mushroom Swiss burger menu to be added and I love it. Only burger I’ll order now. Is there anyway that a Whataburger can be built in my city of Los Fresnos Texas? Need one there real bad cause driving to Brownsville seems to be getting further the older my wife and I get. It will really make us happy and others

The Whataburger Corp. needs to shut the Alvin, TX one down. From the manager all they way down the line; the staff members who work there do not care… They have no pride in themselves little alone their job.
Every time we go there our order is totally wrong. But my family grew up on Whataburger (not me!!!) and love it. So tonight I was nice and gave in and went to Whataburger for them.
Let me explain. I hate more than hate cheese burgers so I always always make sure to explain to any restaurants to please DO NOT add cheese to my hamburger. I even have the person taking my order repeat back

I have complained over email and over the phone about a huge problem that happened at one of the locations and have not received any feedback or response. I was verbally attacked by the employees, including the managers, and I was denied a refund. The police officer there had to interfere! After 45 minutes of waiting, they finally decide to give me my burger that I did not want anymore. The rudest employees I’ve ever seen. Useless managers. The location was complete trash. Shame on Whataburger, just becoming another McDonald's. Never going to one again. Please have a look at the photos!
