His past experiences are strong in 3D Modeling and Rendering. With these practical experiences and proficient skills, Jimmy was awarded the People's Choice Awards in the Luxury Home Design category by AIA Honolulu Design Awards. In 2016, he was presented the Award of Merit by the BIA during their Renaissance's Competition.

Services
State law requires construction to be done by licensed contractors. You have applied for a permit under an exemption to that law. The exemption provided in section 444-2(7), Hawaii Revised Statutes, allows you, as the owner or lessee of your property, to act as your general contractor even though you do not have a license.

Jimmy and his staff were so fast in getting out permit routed and issue. His team was very professional and they were one of the best architectural firm that we have worked with. His pricing was competative but his service and responsiveness is superior to others. Highly recommended if you want your drawings done right and your permit issue in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

I worked with Jimmy Wu and his team on obtaining permit to do a complete renovation of my house. The home I just purchased was illegally renovated (more rooms and bathrooms were added without permit). Jimmy and his team came and made suggestions to create a working plan for us to make it all legal without too much alteration as money was an issue for us. His team was very professional, nice and patient. I had since recommended them to 5 of my friends. Their knowledge in architecture and their diligent had help us a lot in renovating our home and obtaining the permit quick. I highly recommend them
