We have been a family owned and operated commercial roofing business since 1913. We specialize in low slope commercial roofing. We, as a company, believe that quality is our best product. This characteristic derives from our staff and field employees paying close attention to detail and the desire to do our best.
History: Established by Christian Miller as C. Miller and Sons, we have been family owned and operated, serving the Fort Wayne and surrounding areas since 1913. Christian Miller, a sheet metal worker in Huntington, opened his own shop on Broadway in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He started out doing furnace work, milk can repairs, and so on.
We align ourselves with the industry leaders in manufacturing roofing materials. When installing a new roof, using quality products are essential if it is going to perform to its expectations. As manufacturers depend on the applicators to install quality workmanship, so does CMS depend on the manufacturers to provide us with quality products.
Sheet Metal Trim: Since 1995 we have been custom fabricating and installing metal copings, counter flashings, gravel stop fascia, and much more. All metal trim is custom made, in-house, to deliver quality finished product in a timely fashion. If you have a particular preference, we have the option to buy from a wide array of manufacturers as well.
Solar: Solar panels are a fascinating trend that is both environmentally friendly as well as technologically advanced. We were one of the first contractors to install a photovoltaic roof system in Northeast Indiana. With some adjustments and enhancements done to the roofing membranes, we look and hope to see more growth for this product in the future.
