Its Winter in Alaska and time for an annual Service of your Heating System and as it happens a minor repair. All you are looking for is a reputable company with reasonable charges that you can trust to carry out this work. We found Even Stevens HVAC in an online search and they seemed to offer reasonable hourly rates without charging travel time which others do to and from the job. They eagerly undertook to come out and service our boiler and to repair / replace the small plastic plate and nipple on the side of the boiler that takes water to a pump for it to be expelled. They also replaced a Nortec

Its winter in Alaska and you need to have your Heating system checked over and of course you discover a small plastic nipple has broken on the side of the boiler leading to the water pump so now you need a reliable HVAC company that are going to undertake the work professionally and not take advantage of you in the process.
Well DO NOT call Even Stevens HVAC of Sand Lake Road Anchorage.
Although they eagerly visited without undue delay and serviced the Gas Heating System they also replaced a Nortec Steam Cylinder which did need replaced but charged $387.00 for the part which as I subsequently pointed
