Id advise any other company but Tri-State. New management is horrible. They 100% dont care about there customers. Price gougers. Been going through them for awhile now and a year or 2 ago was the best service.

I needed some work done on short notice. I called on a Wednesday and Mendy came to give me an estimate the following Monday, work began two weeks later. Mold was removed from the crawl space and floor joists/supports repaired. The men that completed the job were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I had absolutely no issues and would definitely call them again if needed.

So I hired these guys to do a fire restoration. My goals were- competely gut the fire room (office with bathroom) replace the windows, update the electric since it was an electric related fire, and clean/repaint/restore soot damaged wood floors throughout.
It took forever to pay them since I wanted them to finish the work first. It's still not finished, nearly 5000$ and a full year later, but we decided to pay them and move on to another company. I've used them for cleaning, paint, electric, and restoration.

I strongly do not recommend this service. They can not remove coffee and tea stains.
I paid more than $120, and I got a dirty - wet carpet.
They also made me an extra charge because they include areas WITHOUT previous notice.
For that money, I probably should rent or buy a machine and do it by myself.
People try to find a better option.

In the past, Tri-State has done a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. Now, under the new ownership, I will no longer recommend them. I had 6 rooms of carpet cleaned this week. The crew that was sent did not respect my furniture, or my request to extract more water from the carpet. The carpet was left so wet, it took 36 hours to dry, using 2 large fans, ceiling fans, and the furnace fan. In the past, I highly recommended Tri-State to family and friends. Again, I will no longer do so. Thank you.

Great company. I had them clean 7 rooms and 2 hallways. The whole house smell beautiful and clean when they finished. I love the industrial machine that they use. The store bought machines are nothing like these industrial machines. I will be calling them going forward when I need carpets cleaning. I definitely recommend this company. They did well for me!!!
