Our journey with Dependable started from a random google search of contractors in Fairborne OH. I reached out to have a simple repair done to my roof which resulted in a completed roof replacement. Brian was quick to go out and assess the damage to the small area and then let me know that there was more extensive damage to other parts of the roof. I was suspicious at the time because I thought he was just trying to make more money off me, however he suggested I call my insurance company and have an independent assessment done. I wish I would have called this company a long time ago to remedy my problem I've been through a couple different contractors that didn't help me at all but these guys really cared they came out a couple different times trying to resolve the problem and they absolutely resolved my roof issue. Very professional very very reasonable rates very satisfied customer.

Very friendly employees. They helped me find the perfect color of shingles to match my house color. The entire roof was replaced in one day. The workers did a great job of cleaning up. After roof repairs I always worry about finding nails everywhere. Not with Dependable Construction! They used a magnet to pick up any nails left behind. I couldn't be happier with my new roof! The finished product looks great!

I had what initially looked like minor water damage around a patio door. Turned out to have had extensive hidden water damage involving the house framing and header, as well as on some adjoining material like baseboard, door frame, and a portion of exterior sheathing. The work was done very efficiently and professionally. What initially was thought would need a couple days needed an entire week. Now everything associated with the repair and materials is now back to it's condition after the original home construction. Would definitely use them again and certainly recommend their services to anyone
