Brian Brown started B.L. Brown Construction & Excavation, Inc. in 1996 as a two man crew digging footings, sanitary, storm, and water lines for residential contractors. Over time the company has grown to become an OSHA safe commercial contracting company with revenues of 7.5+ million dollars a year. We subcontract under general contractors on large projects, and we also general contract site utility and drainage projects.
