If you want to sell your car get in touch with Aaron. He’s fair, upfront and extremely knowledgeable. He is more than thorough. Expect to be offered what the car is worth to a dealer that has to resell. Don’t underestimate the value of Selling in a day, rather than listing it and inviting strangers to do business with you. The dealership had hidden fees that would turn anyone away. The online price of the car isn't actually what you have to pay. The down payment for financing is added on along with prep and destination fees. Kazi came out to discuss our offer and made us feel like we were little children with the way he was speaking to us when trying rationalize that paying their price would only be an extra $2 a day spread amongst 5 years making the deal worth it. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars rather than 1 is because of the great hospitality shown to us by Jesus.

Very disappointed with their business practices. Despite their agreeing to place a hold on a car, when I came back well before the end of the agreed-upon hold period to close the deal, I was told that the car was already sold the previous day. I even offered originally to put down a deposit for the car, but they assured me that that wouldn't be necessary

Customer service was awful and disrespectful. Called in to see a BMW yesterday drove and hour today and they sold the car apparently without informing me at all. Checked out another car and was very uneducated and rude. Also saying that the price is nonnegotiable not listening to any offers or the problems the car had saying this is 2020 this is 2020 with a 2 dollar Bluetooth headset and there's no negotiation. Absolute waste of time with overpriced cars. Do not go there no matter what you will do yourself a favor and look at the other reviews that aren't fake 5 stars.

Bottom line up front: I met 2 salesmen, and the owner, and all three are excellent folks to deal with. I bought 1 clean vehicle that is running very well so far. The experience was lackluster at first, but was turned around and ended well.
The long version: I was looking for a family vehicle, and after looking around a bit, I found that Great Neck Buyers and Sellers Inc had a very clean 2012 Land Rover Lr4 with 81K miles. Listed Price: $16,695.00
I verified that it was there. Kay was very pleasant on the phone. I was coming from 1 hour and 20 minutes away, and scheduled an appointment
