I was so impressed with Geoff and his team. I had another moving company not communicate truck problems and they therefore did not show up to my scheduled move and left me scrambling with finding same-day movers.
Geoff was very responsive and the pricing was very clear, concise, and fair. RJ, CJ, and Bryan were gold star movers and were extremely efficient. I surely recommend this moving company.

The first two times I moved and use them they were OK. But the last time I was extremely disappointed. The three guys took triple what I thought the move will take. There was so much damage done that we are still finding the damage months later. And the owner will not address it.
Their movers convinced me their drop off plan was better but it was so bad I had to hire organizers to remove all in garage redo according to my original instructions
Nothing insulting or threatening in my attached texts to them (as claimed below) but lots of insults and suggestions of me lying from the owner.

I would like to apologize to Grass roots moving. The Owner did have the email from where they did respond.
With a big move and surgery. Somethings slipped through. I humbly apologize. Since then every thing has been worked out.

Amazing small business! They were very prompt in responding with a quote, scheduling a move, and communicating well. Joey and CJ were super great guys - kind, respectful, professional, quick, and thorough (wrapping furniture etc.) Had to do lots of flights of stairs with no complaints. Was a very fair price and the job was done quick and well.

Everything with Grassroots was very quick, responsive and went above expectations. Juan and Alfonso did an amazing job getting us moved into our new place. They wore masks the whole time to ensure everyone's safety and then they powered through the job quickly without damaging anything. With having to unload a POD and load onto their truck, drive it around the corner up towards my apartment and unloading everything again into the new apartment, they very positive, speedy and friendly. They even made sure a huge couch got into one of our bedrooms despite the difficulty in fitting it through

These guys have help move my daughter 3 times in four months and if they were national I'd use them for myself. Their teams are professional, eager, and efficient. They are not only on time, a couple of times they were early. They get right to it and get the job done. The company comes prepared to get you moved and they communicate every step of the way. I really appreciate how they made a very stressful time a little more manageable. This is a great local company that deserves your business. Great job team!

I have used Grassroots 3 times in the last 10 years. They have always been very professional and I have never had any problems with the moves. They shrink wrap and are very careful with everything. My last move was actually 2 moves on separate days. They showed up on time and worked very fast.

I've hired them 4 times in a period of about two months, and my experiences are mixed, depending on what individual crews that Jeff sent in for us. First two times, we had very satisfied experiences with them to load and move our pre-packed boxes out of out house into PODS containers, we really appreciated Jeff sending in the great crew.
But on the third time, they messed up with promised schedule time, and we had a very bad experience: on the day, the scheduled appointment time was supposed to be 4:30PM, for both us and the crew to meet at a container storage facility place where going

Don't even bother them with small jobs. One person will schedule you, take your payment information, give you a time, and then you call the day before to verify your time slot, and Jeff will answer the phone and say "you don't exist on our schedule." THE DAY BEFORE!!! I'd taken time off work and everything.

Use this company – excellent movers!!! We scheduled our move through GrassRoots Moving about a month prior to our move date, which was back on 8/1. The scheduling process was easy, and the owner was quick to respond to my inquiry. He laid out the cost and estimated what our move would be. Our move did end up being more expensive then quoted, but that was not because of an inaccurate quote. We had a lot of things and there were 2 flights of stairs for them to go down, so we knew it was going to take longer than originally planned. My move was probably a four mile trip. I was on the main floor moving to a second floor with a reserved elevator. We had complications when we arrived at my new place but it was a HOA problem. They were so patient and accommodating with the situation. I have moved more times then I can count and they were the best by far!

My daughter used GrassRoots for a short move to a new apartment in Denver.
She was extremely happy with how Alfonso and Luis treated her & the professional job they did!

Alphonso and Juan showed up early and had my folks small bundle moved quick and efficiently. Then, onward to storage unit, where more items were picked up. Finally, to our destination. Took exactly 2 hours, like we all thought.
Both gentlemen were professional and cordial and hard working.

GrassRoots did a decent job doing a local move for us. Everything got here, but it wasn't a five-star experience. They worked to fix the mess ups, but I've had much better moves in the past. That being said, I appreciate their commitment to making things right.
