Air went out on hottest days. Channell answered immediately and provided loaner window units until new equipment came in. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I didn’t even bother with a second estimate. You don’t always get what you pay for but I sure did and more.

Dillon and Dan were very professional with their install. They arrived early and got the job done without any issues and were very polite and knowledgeable. Channell Heating and Cooling has been our go-to service provider for HVAC for many years without complaint. They only install high quality units built to last, and the quality speaks for itself. Even with many customers, they make you feel like you’re the top priority. I’m not sure about any of the other companies out there, but Channell is the only one my family would consider.

If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would do it.
We called them late on a Friday afternoon because we knew they had a plumber there. My elderly and disabled mother had a toilet that was running, leaking, etc.
The gentlemen at AxsomAir were absolutely great. I spoke with Matthew, who Im assuming is one of the owners, and he asked me to give him a couple of minutes. He called back (quickly) and said he had a plumber who would be at her house in 15 minutes. Christian was there very shortly and had everything fixed in no time.

After saying they couldn't do anymore and leaving it a mess outside, they came back and cleaned up the install. It looks professionally done, the new lines are clipped down, the slab my unit on has been evened up and all the hanging slack has been taken out of the lines. There was nothing that could be done about going into my attic in the middle of the eave, but now that everything has been cleaned up it is no longer an eyesore. Mistakes happen and not everyone can be at their best everyday, but I really appreciate their commitment to making it right.
