I have just moved into a new house and didn't realize that it came with a few wasp nests in the eaves and attic. When I called Humboldt Termite & Pest Control, they were booked out 2 weeks out as this is a busy time of the year. I was feeling panicked about waiting as I am deathly allergic to bee stings. When I shared this with Shawlyn, the receptionist, she immediately called her technicians in the field to see if they could fit me in. Marcus Jones was at my doorstep an hour later. He was professional, knowledgeable and effective. He removed the nest cleanly and sprayed all of my eaves as preventive

I got a response to my quote request within a couple of hours. They replied to my messages super quickly and came to the house the next day. They stood by their original quote even though there were more wasps nests than I thought. They chatted with my neighbor to find a good time to do the work so she could work in her garden without grumpy wasps. They were extremely professional and patient with my kids asking ten million questions. Strongly recommend!!

Humboldt Termite and Pest Control came out to our house and did an inspection for a suspected wasp nest we had in our venting system. Molly the receptionist was professional and kind and got us scheduled quickly. Chris came out and found that we did indeed have a small nest in our venting system. He promptly removed it and didn't even charge us! Thank you for being professional and courteous. Justin and his team are amazing to work with. They are responsive, on time, educated and have taken care of multiple issues for us. They have gotten rid out of our rat problem, spiders, and flies. We had a difficult wasp problem recently, wasps were under the shiplap siding of our house. They did have to come out 2 times but resolved the problem and were very courteous and responded in a timely manner. We had used them previously for a termite issue (2 years ago) and have not had any problems with termites returning.
